Fed Raises Interest Rates

The Federal Government raised interest rates .25% today, which will raise rates for borrowers looking to purchase their next home or car.  It is projected that they will raise rates twice more this year.
Keep in mind that these current interest rates are still relatively low, so don't let this news keep you from pursuing your plans to purchase new home.
